About Me 

Hi, I'm Nicole Lombardi, a licensed occupational therapist with over 5 years of experience supporting children and families across the country.

As a military spouse and mom, I understand how important it is to advocate for your child- and how overwhelming that can feel when your concerns aren't being fully heard. That's why I founded my practice: to offer independent, comprehensive OT evaluations that help families access the support their children truly need to thrive at school.

Throughout my career, I've worded in public schools, early intervention, and outpatient settings providing a wide lens on how children learn, grow, and function across environments. I specialize in evaluating: 

• Fine motor and handwriting skills 

• Sensory processing and regulation

• Visual-motor integration

• Executive functioning and attention 

• Independence in school routines

My approach to Independent Educational Evaluations is child-centered, evidence-based, and collaborative. I provide clear, actionable recommendations and am committed to working respectfully with families and IEP teams alike.
